Graduation Requirements
- Successful completion of all academic program requirements
- A minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 2.0
- Any outstanding College debts satisfied
- Submission of a graduation application for the term in which the program will be completed
Submit your Graduation Application
Submit your graduation application online by logging into the MyCCC Student Portal. After you’ve logged in, access Self Service and click on “Graduation Overview” where you can then complete the Graduation Application.
Graduate Application Deadlines:
May Graduates:
Application period opens early January and closes March 15.
Degrees are conferred early June with May 31 degree date.
August Graduates:
Application period opens early January and closes July 15.
Degrees are conferred early September with August 31 degree date.
December Graduates:
Application period opens early September and closes
November 15.
Degrees are conferred early January with December 31 degree date.
View your Progress
You can view your progress by logging into MyCCC Student Portal and select View Your Progress. You can also meet with an Academic Advisor or your Program Coordinator to confirm you have fulfilled the requirements for graduation.
Name on Diploma
Your name and degree will appear on your diploma, official transcript, and in the commencement brochure as they are listed in the College’s database.
If your name needs to be corrected on our database, please submit a Change of Data form to the office of Records and Registration no later than the deadline for the graduation application.
Receiving your Diploma
Diplomas are ordered after degrees are conferred by the College’s registrar. Emails will be sent to your student email address when diplomas are ready for pickup.
- Diplomas for spring graduates are typically ready for pickup in early August.
- Diplomas for summer graduates are typically ready for pickup in early November.
- Diplomas for winter graduates are typically ready for pickup in early April.
Students requiring proof of graduation prior to receiving their diploma should order an official transcript. More information on how to order an official transcript can be found on http://pyh.961381.com/academics-1/transcript-request/
